Introduction to the Abstract Submission Guidelines for IHP 2025
  Welcome to the 3rd International Symposium on Healthcare and Plasma Innovation for Future Society 2025. This page provides guidelines for preparing and submitting your abstract. Please follow these instructions to ensure that your abstract meets the necessary formatting requirements and can be reviewed and published without issues.

Abstract Format Guidelines
 1. Template Usage: Download and use the provided abstract template in Microsoft Word format.
 2. Title: The title should be concise and clearly convey the main topic of your research. Use a bold font and center the title at the top of the page.
 3. Author Information: Include the names of all authors, along with their affiliations and contact information. The presenting author should be indicated with an asterisk (*).
 4. Corresponding author: Include the names, along with their affiliations and contact information.
 5. Abstract Text: The abstract should be in the range of 300-600 words (restricted to one A4 page) and must summarize the key aspects of your research, including objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
 6. Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that best describe the subject of your research.
 7. Figure and Table (Optional): An abstract can include the maximum of ONE Figure and/or ONE Table. The figure and table would be located at the bottom of the keywords.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation
 Each presenter will have a 10-minute talk and a 5-minute Q&A. We recommend setting the PowerPoint or PDF pages size at a 16:9 ratio at a resolution of approximately 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation
 Please follow these instructions to ensure that your poster and abstract meets the necessary formatting requirements and can be reviewed and published without issues.
 1. Poster displays will be limited to one side of width 80 cm x height 120 cm.
 2. It is recommended that posters are prepared on one sheet of material.
 3. The poster must be prepared in English.
 4. The poster must use the designated background template provided by the organizer. The poster presentation must use provide adhesive only.
 5. The poster presentation must be prepared with only provided template.
 6. Please note that you are required to print and bring your own poster. There is no option to print your poster at the venue.
